- Construction Financing: Principles must be experienced with equity. Loans are available in amounts form $10,000,000 to over $100,000,000.
- Bridge Loans: These loans get you the working capital your company needs. Receive up to $100,000,000 with variable rates to 14 percent and interest-only amortization.
- SBA 7a and 504 Loans: For flagged and non-flagged hotels and owner-occupied properties, get 4.5 percent interest rates and up to 25 year terms.
- Equity and Mezzanine Financing: We can fund from $5,000,000 to $100,000,000 with the backing of high net worth investors. These loans are tailored to each client’s needs.
- Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities: CMBS loans come from securities that are pooled and then placed in a trust. Investors buy the bonds. Money is available up to $50,000,000.
- International Financing: We have expertise in the European and Eurasian markets. We can structure equity and mezzanine financing for loans from $50,000,000 to $1,000,000,000.
- HUD and FHA Lending: Receive funding up to $50,000,000 with full amortization and fixed low rates for the acquisition, construction, or rehabilitation of hospitals, senior housing, healthcare facilities, or multifamily housing.
- Conventional Programs: Investment or owner-occupied properties, including multifamily housing, mobile home parks, and self-storage, can be funded up to $100,000,000.
